As we take up the job of any client, we follow a set of premeditated steps to get things going and done at the end. To begin with, we receive data from the client through scanned images via Internet through a secure FTP account or get access to the client server by remote desktop connection.

Upon receiving the client information, the same is reviewed for a better understanding of the requirements of the client and expectations from us thereof. Accordingly, instructions are issued to the client and a memo of confirmation is sent to the client.

We use remote desktop connection to enter data in the client's computer. Depending up-

on the convenience and preference of the client, our accountants may work on their computers and then a secured e-file-share system may be used to transmit files. Thereafter, an accountant reviews the entire work done for quality control.

Given that client gets the work done on his server using UPN, the accountants apprise of the status of job through progress reports sent on daily basis. If accountants work on the local machines, they upload the work done and send the id of the report to the client through a secure FTP account. In addition, the accountants keep in touch with the clients regularly via e-mail, chat, VOIP, telephone video conferencing and periodic written reports sent to the clients periodically at each stage.
